Safe
driving and safe parking Some
operating companies within the group have a very poor accident and /or vehicle
theft record which is impacting on the cost of our insurance. We are committed
to reducing this cost and you can help by being aware of the problem and the need
to take reasonable precautions for the safety of the vehicle and more importantly
your own personal safety. To
help achieve this objective :- -
all
drivers will participate in the company's driver training programme and any refresher
courses we may introduce. -
vehicle
security devices should be put into operation whenever the vehicle is left unattended.
-
vehicle
alarms and other security devices should be checked on a regular basis.
Remember
our insurance is void if vehicles are not locked... particularly if the keys
are left in the vehicle when unattended. Do
not leave anything in the vehicle. Personal effects are not insured. Think
about where the vehicle is parked... especially at night. |
